I'm an air traffic controller and amateur (or Ham) radio operator (KS6P) here in Sacramento at the Northern California TRACON (NCT or NorCal Approach for you pilots) located on the old Mather AFB.

I as born and raised in the Southern California, moved to Monterey, CA in 1989 and then moved up here when my job relocated me here in 2003.

I love it here being near Folsom Lake and the American River and I'm only an hour and a half from beautiful Lake Tahoe!
